I’m so excited to share this recipe for White Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites just in time for Halloween. My incredibly helpful and talented friend, Nancy, told me about this recipe a month or so ago. Apparently, this is one of the most popular recipes in the Junior League of Birmingham Cookbook, “Tables of Content“, and I can see why. They are so easy, and they make a huge amount. The best part of all is that they freeze beautifully. These White Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites in this photo are actually a variation of a recipe. We omitted the marshmallows and used cocktail peanuts, and instead of spreading on wax paper, we made them into individual bites. Just be sure to stir in the M & M’s after the white chocolate has cooled slightly so they don’t melt. Enjoy these on Halloween, Christmas, any holiday or just for fun :).
White and Semisweet Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries are such a great party dessert, and they are actually so easy to make. I am teaching a college cooking class this week and thought this might be great because it’s really simple to prepare and makes such a pretty presentation.
