My daughter Leigh has been on this huge health kick lately so we decided to make some better-for-you popsicles and came up with these Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles. We used vanilla Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries and honey to create an amazing tasting frozen fruit popsicle that has 16 grams of protein. These make a great after workout snack or dessert after dinner. And with only 3 ingredients? What more can you ask for? Happy summer!
