We have been making granola again, and my daughter, Leigh, found a Banana Granola recipe on Pinterest which I adapted, and it was a huge hit! Use this granola in your Greek yogurt, smoothies, to top smoothie bowls, or eat as a snack or dessert. It has a great taste and is so easy for words.
Whether you like matzah or not; ever tried it or not, you will love this sweet snack. The Passover Granola is the perfect amount of crunch with an equally perfect amount of sweetness. My children love this recipe; it was gone in under two days! My daughter, Leigh, took some to school for a snack, and one of her friends, who had never tried matzah before, asked to try some. Her friend loved it so much that she texted my daughter begging for the recipe. Try it, you will love it!
I can’t believe Mother’s Day is this weekend. Last year was a rough, emotional mother’s day with my mom passing away the week before. It has been a tough year to say the least, but being a mom with 3 kids makes everything in life worth it. A good friend of mine tells me often to “Roll with the punches”. This is the best advice I can give to anyone, especially moms. I love the idea of a having a special Mother’s Day breakfast or “breakfast in bed, so heres 5 great looking recipes including my recipe for Blueberry Muffins with Greek Yogurt. Here’s to a terrific Mother’s Day to all of you!
