I love Brussels Sprouts this time of year, and I was so excited about a new way to serve them in this Brussels Sprouts-Tomato Salad. This recipe is perfect for Thanksgiving or your weeknight dinner, and it’s a cinch, flavorful and pretty. It was featured in the November issue of Birmingham Magazine and on NBC 13 “Daytime Alabama” this month so it’s quite the popular Brussels Sprouts recipe. I even got two out of three of my kids to try it, and honestly, they liked it a lot!

Just make a simple marinade, thread plums and pork on skewers, and grill. This recipe was featured in the July issue of Birmingham Magazine, and I couldn’t wait to share it for Summer Fest.
The two food items that all of my three kids love, is shrimp and Caesar Salad. So I knew that when I came up with the recipe for Caesar Skewers for Kraft, I better make plenty for everyone. This recipe is too easy for words, only 15 minutes of prep time. Feel free to purchase already-cooked, frozen shrimp if you find that it’s cheaper. I have been buying it a lot lately, and the quality is great. Enjoy this as summer nears for a light one-dish meal.
I love Curry Chicken Salad, and this is one of my favorites. It’s really quick and easy because I like to use rotisserie chicken to simplify things. The combination of chutney, white wine, curry, cranberries and nuts flavor it to perfection.
