Over the weekend, my kids and I bought some amazing peaches and they begged for me to make a Peach Crisp. My son wanted to know the difference between a cobbler and a crisp, and found this recipe on Allrecipes.com. A crisp is typically a crumble topping similar to a streusel or granola that is sprinkled over the top. A cobbler is more of a biscuit-type crust which is typically spooned over the top. My son prepared the entire recipe on his own, so we called it “easy”. Also, my daughter styled and took the photo (pretty great for her first try). Enjoy this peach dessert while peaches are still at their peak. It’s perfect for Labor Day too!
