If you like Moscow Mules, check out this Strawberry Moscow Mule Cocktail recipe. I put a twist on a basic Moscow mule recipe and added fresh strawberries, and it came out great! If you have very ripe, sweet strawberries, cut the sugar amount in half. For a non alcoholic version, omit the vodka and white cranberry-strawberry juice instead. I have a ton of great Moscow Mule recipes pinned to my Pinterest Board “Cocktails Calling My name.” Here are some additions to jazz up this cocktail:
•Blackberries
•Pineapple
•Watermelon
•Grapefruit
•Peach
•Pomegranate
•Blueberry
•Hibiscus

1 (6.8 ounce) bottle ginger beer
Fresh strawberries, sliced
1. In a blender combine strawberries, water and sugar until pureed.
2. In a cocktail shaker combine ice, strawberry puree, lime juice, vodka and shake well. Fill glasses with ice. Add strawberry mixture; top off with ginger beer. Serve immediately with sliced strawberries.
