This past Saturday I posted my breakfast on social media. SO many people wrote to me wanting the recipe for my Greek Yogurt Smoothie Bowls. As you have seen from my recent posts and social media feeds, we are huge fans of this type of breakfast. It’s filled with protein, fresh fruits, healthy seeds and nuts. Cheers from my home to yours.
Greek Yogurt Smoothie Bowls
5 minutes
2 servings
1 (6-ounce) container Greek yogurt
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 tsp honey
Ice
2 tablespoons sliced strawberries
2 tablespoons blueberries
1/2 teaspoon ground flaxseed
2 tablespoon granola
1. In blender combine yogurt, milk, banana, honey and ice; process until blended
2. Divide yogurt evenly among 2 bowls. Top with berries, flaxseed and granola.
We made these today! My kids loved them!
