Who loves apple pie? These Apple Pie Granola Parfaits a a great recipe for breakfast, dessert or afternoon snack recipe. With this recipe, you will think outside the pie pan. Deconstructed apple pie layered with spiced Greek yogurt and Pumpkin Flax Granola, make apple pie parfaits a pretty, crunchy twist on Turkey day dessert too. I used the Pumpkin Flax Granola from Nature’s Path which our favorite store-bought granola. This recipe only has 281 calories per serving with 2 grams of fiber so enjoy! I can’t believe Thanksgiving is right around the corner! What’s on your menu?

Apple Pie Granola Parfaits

1 1/2 cups plain fat free Greek yogurt
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tbsp butter
3 apples, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 cup Nature’s Path Pumpkin Flax Plus® Granola


1. Stir yogurt with honey, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg; set aside.

2. Melt butter in a small heavy-bottomed saucepan set over medium heat. Add apples and brown sugar. Cook, stirring often, for 5 to 7 minutes or tender and golden.
Layer evenly in 4 parfait glasses: apple, yogurt mixture, granola, repeating layers twice.
