Best Salsa Ever
20 minutes
4 cups
2 to 3 fresh tomatoes, diced
1 cup red onion, diced
1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
4 teaspoons chopped fresh jalapeno pepper (seeds removed)
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped red and green bell pepper (optional)
1. Stir the tomatoes and next 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. If you like red or green bell peppers in your salsa, add 1/2 cup each. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
