Start your week off right with these 10 Minute Protein Pancakes. I love breakfast for dinner, and these provide you with plenty of great flavor and protein. They contain chia seeds – the highest known plant source of omega 3’s and omega 6’s. These are also said to help to energize and detox the body. 10 Minute Protein Pancakes

4 servings


1 cup old-fashioned oats
1 to 2 scoops of natural protein powder
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup unsweetened natural applesauce
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
4 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of chia seeds


1. Whisk together first 9 ingredients in a mixing bowl. Spray a frying pan with a natural cooking spray or butter and cook pancakes in batches 2 to 3 minutes per side or until lightly browned. Top with blueberries and serve.
