  1. I’ve heard so many great things about the Kettlebell Workout. I’m looking for a good at-home workout, and I think this could be it! After having 2 kids in 2 years, both via c-section, I am in dire need of repairing my core and building that strength again.

  5. what a great giveaway! I would love to have this because I have been a runner until the beginning of Sept. I needed to stop running in order to heal my IT band, I am still looking for a good full-body method to replace. I hear nothing but good things about kettlebells!

  6. I am intrigued by kettle bells but I have not tried a workout. I need to incorporate some strength training into my exercise diet which is primarily cardio and free weights kinda bore me!
