If you’re looking for a healthy side dish to add to your weeknight table or Thanksgiving or Christmas menus, I definitely have one for you. Lemon-Walnut Kale only takes 15 minutes to prepare, and it’s full of fresh vitamins, protein and so many health benefits. Kale is super healthy with more iron than beef, and it’s loaded with calcium, fiber, omega-3 acids and more. It’s said to have detoxifying properties, cancer and heart disease fighting properties and antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits. Just cook it like you would spinach, and top it with your favorite ingredients. It’s going on my holiday table menu this year for sure.

this is fabulous!
Love kale – so good for you and easy to prepare, although I’ve yet to try it make this way – will be adding this to my recipe file.
I absolutely love kale with lemon. This is perfect!
I am a recent convert to kale in the past year or so and I cannot get enough of it! This looks so simple and perfect for a quick weeknight side with grilled chicken. YUM!
I love this preparation with other greens too – spinach, Swiss chard, etc. I add in a little garlic or shallots too. Yum!
This sounds delicious and I have a big bag of kale waiting to be used. This might be dinner tonight with a baked sweet potato on the side. Thanks!
Oh, that looks great!

I can’t wait to make this dish, yummy!
So good for you and easy to prepare! Just what I need for Thanksgiving.

This is really good! I never thought I’d enjoy greens but I love this!
