4 Ingredient Passover Bars

4 Ingredient Passover Bars

I know I am flipping from Passover recipes to Easter recipes this week but with these two holidays this weekend, what can I do since I am celebrating both! I made these 4 Ingredient Passover Bars┬átoday and had to post them because they are great for anytime, anywhere and are gluten-free! You can use pecans, almonds or walnuts and your favorite type of chocolate chips. Don’t add any water to the batter; just mix well and pat down in the pan. I recommend using parchment paper for easy removal and slicing. Happy Passover and if you’re not celebrating, but looking for a flourless, gluten-free, grain free and dairy free recipe, here you go!

Passover Berry Crisp

It seems bizarre to showcase Passover and Easter recipes already, but these holidays come early this year, just a few weeks away. I know people start planning their Passover menus ahead of time, and Passover desserts are always a challenge. Last year, I made this Passover Berry Crisp, and it came out great. I ended up making it several times, and I am positive it will be on this year’s list. Feel free to substitute 5 to 51/2 cups of apples or your favorite fruit for the berries. Happy spring holidays!
