It has been an amazing healthy summer, and I have some BIG news! I am working on my third internationally published cookbook! YAY!!! This book is a “Healthy Recipe” topic which is still hush hush for now. This Easy Homemade Muesli recipe might be in one of the chapters. It’s filled with oats, seeds and your favorite dried fruits. My kids have been indulging on this cereal (having no clue how many healthy seeds are included). Enjoy for breakfast with milk or yogurt or just as a snack. Happy Monday, love all of you!
