5 Ingredient Fudge Brownies

5 Ingredient Fudgy Brownies

I have been craving something sweet for about a week now, and my sister, Natalie posted a picture last night of brownies that made me have to go make some too. I went to my pantry and gathered the last of my semisweet chocolate chips, Nutella, eggs, butter and flour, whipped it all up (with no mixer) in a mixing bowl and here you go: 5 Minute Fudge Brownies. These are fantastic with ice cream or a glass of milk, and so easy! My kids are going to love these to take to school on Monday. Have a great week ahead!

Nutella Hello Dolly Bars

My kids had never heard of “Hello Dolly Bars”, a dessert I grew up baking in the kitchen.  These are often called “Seven Layer Bars, but in the south, we always called them “Hello Dollys”. I decided to twist the recipe slightly and spread the crust with Nutella and call them Nutella Hello Dolly Bars. These are so easy to prepare, and they feed a huge crowd. These are great for Father’s Day weekend, July 4th, Labor Day and fall tailgating. They are also a fun recipe to make with the kids this summer, so enjoy!

7 Creative Nutella Recipes

Everyone in our family is obsessed with Nutella. I find so many super creative Nutella recipes, so I decided to share 7 creative nutella recipes. Nutella, or chocolate-hazlenut spread, was created by Mr. Pietro Ferrero, a pastry maker and founder of the Ferrero company. During this time in World War II, cocoa was in short supply, so he decided to incorporate hazelnuts in the mixture to extend the taste of the chocolate. Little did he know what success would come from this priceless product. Enjoy these 7 Creative Nutella recipes below. I don’t know about you, but I want to try all of them. No-Bake Nutella Oatmeal Cookies

I made these No-Bake Nutella Oatmeal Cookies a few weeks ago, and they were too good to be true. Not only are they a “No-Bake” cookie recipe, but they are filled with my favorite ingredients: Nutella, peanut or almond butter, dark cocoa powder, oats and almond milk. These are an ideal afternoon gluten-free snack or dessert. I think I definitely need to make a batch for Mother’s Day.
