Who loves apples? I just received news about the coolest fall apple event in the south! Executive Chef Julio Delgado of The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta will travel to Ellijay, Georgia, this month to select crisp fall apples for a special menu to be presented in Atlanta Grill in recognition of the annual North Georgia Apple Festival. The á la carte menu will be presented from October 21 to 31 in addition to the restaurant’s popular dinner menu.
“Georgia’s plentiful orchards in the Blue Ridge Mountains yield more than 20 varieties of apples,” said Chef Delgado. “My mission is to bring the best apples home for our guests to enjoy.” Check out this menu!
