I received an ice cream maker for one of my wedding presents, and the kids and I are obsessed with it! My husband’s mom makes homemade ice cream for every holiday, so I had to step up my non ice cream making abilities and learn the craft. This Oreo Ice Cream recipe is one of my first creations. This recipe is so easy with only 10 minutes of preparation time, and it can be made several days in advance. Substitute your favorite chocolate chip cookie or candy bars for the Oreos if you wish. It’s our last day of school today-YAY! I thought I would share this Tofu Strawberry Shortcake recipe for a healthy dessert to kick off the summer this Memorial Day Weekend using Organic Tofu to make a fabulous tofu cream (with pure vanilla, maple syrup and almond milk too). One of my kids favorite things to eat is grilled pineapple. Recently, I made this Grilled Fruit Salad, and it was devoured before I could turn around.
