Being a super busy mom of three teens, I try to serve my kids healthy, real food products. If they have an ease factor to make my life easier, then I am even more sold. I want the best for my kids, and I try to teach them the importance of good health and nutrition. I recently found this new Dole Garden Soup a new premium line of ready-to-serve soups) which starts with nature’s best ingredients such as sweet corn, vine ripe tomatoes, and fresh roasted poblano peppers. The health aspects of these new soup products especially caught my eye. They have no preservatives or MSG, are non GMO, gluten-free, vegetarian, low-fat, a good source of fiber and has BPA free packaging. Dole Garden Soup’s gentle cooking method locks in the fresh vegetable flavors, vibrant colors and smooth texture. I was compensated by DOLE for your participation in this campaign by including the hashtag #ad, and I am a are part of the Mom It Forward Blogger Network, but all opinions are my own.
There are five varieties including Roasted Garlic Tomato Basil, Tomato Vegetable, Carrot Ginger, Sweet Corn and Southwest Black Bean and Corn. This new food product is all about ease with simple to open cap and reusable for easy storage in the refrigerator. Feel free to add in some of your favorite toppings such as fresh herbs, spices or even peanut butter, chopped peanuts, or crushed red pepper flakes in the Carrot Ginger Soup. I love serving the Southwest Black Bean and Corn with a guacamole Salad or the Roasted Garlic Tomato Basil with a homemade grilled cheese sandwich…my three kids, especially my son, Zachary, loved it! Their favorite flavors with the Southwest Black Bean and Corn and I really loved the Carrot Ginger and Roasted Garlic Tomato Basil. Serve these soups with a salad and some crusty bread and dinner is done! This soups are also a very simple lunch and perfect for a cool fall and winter day.
