Everywhere I travel, Moscow Mule is on every single cocktail menu that I see. My husband and I have been making them for quite some time, but I thought a Valentine Moscow Mule would be perfect to celebrate Valentine’s Day. I twisted the basic Moscow mule recipe and added fresh strawberries, and it came out so good! If you have ripe, super sweet strawberries, cut the sugar amount in half. For a non alcoholic version, omit the vodka and white cranberry-strawberry juice instead. Enjoy and happy Valentine’s Day!

Only two weeks until St. Patricks Day! I love this super easy and (almost healthy) St. Patricks Day Cucumber Cocktail recipe made with my favorite coconut water by Coco Joy. Coconut water is refreshing, and it contains easily digested carbohydrate in the form of sugar and electrolytes. Don’t confuse coconut water with high-fat coconut milk or oil. It is actually a clear liquid in the fruit’s center that is tapped from young, green coconuts. Coconut water has fewer calories, less sodium, and more potassium than a sports drink. Ounce per ounce, most unflavored coconut water contains 5.45 calories, 1.3 grams sugar, 61 milligrams (mg) of potassium, and 5.45 mg of sodium compared to Gatorade, which has 6.25 calories, 1.75 grams of sugar, 3.75 mg of potassium, and 13.75 mg of sodium. Try it with cucumber, lime and vodka for an awesome St. Patrick’s Day cocktail.
