Looking for an amazing fundraiser for Nepal? If you’re in San Francisco, guests and locals are invited to enjoy a special five-course dinner benefitting Nepal at Parallel 37, the signature restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco, on Thursday, July 9, 2015. Proceeds from the fundraising dinner will go to support the American Himalayan Foundation and its Nepal Earthquake Disaster Recovery Fund.
“We’re excited to welcome guests to the hotel and Parallel 37 as we support the disaster relief efforts in Nepal,” said Chef de Cuisine Michael Rotondo. “Through our social and environmental responsibility program, Community Footprints, this epicurean experience further connects our hotel and the San Francisco community as we strive to make a difference in assisting the American Himalayan Foundation.”
Beginning the evening in Parallel 37 at 6 p.m., guests will enjoy an elegant cocktail reception featuring expertly crafted cocktails from Mixologist Camber Lay. Following the reception, guests will indulge in an exquisite five-course menu. From a Tuna Poke with Sun Blissed Nectarine and an Heirloom Tomato Salad with Summer Squash with Lamb Bolognese to begin the culinary journey to a Beef Cheek Ravioli with Sweet Corn to complete the experience, guests will savor the culinary delights of Chef Rotondo. Each of the five courses will be complemented by a wine selections.
