She has been making smoothies quite often, and this Banana Oat Smoothie recipe has been one of our favorite in-a-hurry breakfast smoothies. It’s so simple, and I bet all of you have all of these ingredients in your home. In 5 minutes, it’s ready to go, and it is great for a or pre- or post workout snack, afternoon pick-me-up or breakfast.

Banana Oat Smoothie

1 servings

Ingredients:

3/4 cup milk of your choice
1 banana, peeled
1 packet plain, dry oatmeal
1 tablespoon protein powder
1 to 2 teaspoons honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Crushed Ice

Preparation:

1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
