Mango Smoothie with Tofu

2 servings

Ingredients:

1/2 package (7 oz.) House Food Premium Tofu Soft, drained
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
11/2 cups frozen mango
3 Tbsp honey
1/2 cup milk or soy milk

Preparation:

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. Serve immediately.

Note: If you do not have frozen fruit, substitute 1 cup fresh fruit and 1/2 cup ice cubes.
