Grilled Salmon with Alyeska BBQ Sauce
1 cup mayonnaise (i used light)
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons catsup
1/2 cup distilled vinegar
1 green pepper, minced
1 pimiento, minced
1 onion, minced
1 tablespoon horseradish
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
2 pounds whole salmon fillet with bones removed
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. For the sauce, in a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and next 12 ingredients for Alyeska BBQ Sauce.
3. Put foil on grill and then place salmon skin side down on foil.
4. Pour BBQ sauce over fish. Grill 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness, basting occasionally with marinade. Remove from grill and serve family style.
