St. Patricks Day Trail Mix

Last week someone asked me for a great trail mix recipe. I quickly threw some ingredients I had on hand: granola, almonds and chocolate covered goji berries and made this super easy St. Patricks Day Trail Mix just in time for the holiday. It makes a great early morning or after workout pick-me-up or afternoon snack. Here are a few of my other favorite St. Patricks Day recipe ideas:

St. Patricks Day Trail Mix

Prep Times:

5 minutets

Yield:

3 cups

Ingredients:

2 cups your favorite granola
1/2 cup unsalted raw almonds
1/3 cup chocolate covered Goji berries
1/3 cup green M & Ms

Preparation:

1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl; toss to combine. Store in an airtight container.
