Non Alcoholic Margarita

Prep Times:

15 minutes

Yield:

4 servings

Ingredients:

Lime Wedge
Coarse salt or coarse sugar (optional)
1 (12-ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate
1 cup unsweetened grapefruit juice
1/2 cup orange juice
25 small ice cubes (about 21/2 cups)
Lime slices (optional)

Preparation:

1. If desired, rub rims of margarita glasses with lime wedge; dip rims into a shallow dish of coarse salt or sugar and shake off excess. Set aside.

2. In a blender, combine limeade concentrate, grapefruit juice and orange juice. Top with ice.. Cover and blend until slushy. Garnish with lime, if desired.
