  1. I actually have two favorite workouts right now–TRX and ballet barre-type. The TRX is awesome for whole body strength training and the barre exercises give a great cardio workout and overall toning. They’re a great combo!

  4. New fav workout these days is hot power yoga. I’m nursing a hip injury from running (which is my true love!) and am learning to love yoga as much as I love running. It’s a work in progress, but I’m finding strength in so many new areas of my body! (I also love weight training with my hubby – great time to catch up on our day and be healthy together – I’d say my love of yoga and my love of workout time with hubs are equal!)

  6. I’ve been nursing a broken foot but when it’s feeling good, I just walk at the park or on the trails. The weather has been phenomenal lately and I just can’t stand to be inside.

  9. Lately I’ve been loving the bodyweight workouts- lots of pull-ups, push-ups, burpees, box jumps and jumping rope! Rowing comes in at a close second, especially now that it’s getting a little cold and icy for outdoor running!

  10. I love this bucket bag! Lately it has been getting to cold and dark to run. I have been doing different excercise videos. Physique 57, Amy Dixon’s breathless body, Brazil Butt Lift, Tracy Anderson etc.. I get bored if I don’t change it up!
